High Season (Jun - Oct): $2380 per week or $340 per night
Low Season (Nov - May): $1925 per week or $275 per night

The Christmas/New Year/Holiday period is charged at the High Season rate between mid December and mid January 2013. Also a 3 week High Season rate applies during the Easter/School holidays in March/April 2013.
A 4 night minimum stay requirement applies.
